This month, we will be featuring an educational opportunity to learn about the growing Video Surveillance technology sector of security services. ASIS-St. Louis Chapter will present a diverse panel of speakers that start with “Subject Matter Experts” that will describe current Video technology, followed by an Architect/Engineering related review and then wrapped up with an “End-User” presentation describing how Video Technology is working for them.

Speaker’s Bio’s

Video Surveillance Subject Matter Experts

Thomas Geders, RCDD

Tom is the Vice President for Thomas L. Dowell & Associates, a multi-line manufacturer’s rep firm. He has been in the security industry for over 14 years. Tom earned his RDCC designation in 1996 and currently serves on the BICSI Education Advisory Council. Tom has been a member of the ASIS International-St. Louis Chapter since 10/07/2010.

Kyle Reinoehl, CPP, PSP

Kyle is the Regional Sales Manager-Plains Region with AXIS Communications, a global security product manufacturer. He has been in the physical security industry for over 20 years. Kyle earned his PSP designation in 2013 and his CPP designation in 2016. Kyle has been an active member of the ASIS International-Kansas City Chapter since 01/31/2013.

Architects & Engineers

Vince Aragon, CPP, PSP

Vince is a Senior Physical Security Specialist for Burns & McDonnell, an engineering firm. He has been with Burns & McDonnell for over 10 years and in the physical security industry for over 24 years. His clients are from public and private sectors, Industrial, Critical Infrastructure and DOD Government Agencies. His responsibilities include conducting vulnerability assessments, developing policies and creating standards and guidelines. He has working knowledge of the state of the art technologies of video surveillance, access control and intrusion detection systems. Vince has been an active member of the ASIS International-St. Louis Chapter since 01/15/2004.

Nick Wnuk, RCDD, PMP, MBA

Nick is a Senior Technology Engineer for KJWW Engineering Consultants. He has been in the physical security industry for over 30 years. His responsibilities include design and consulting of structured cabling, audio/visual, paging, physical security and other low voltage systems for the Industrial, K-12, Healthcare, Higher Education and Government Sector. Nick has been an active member of the ASIS International-St. Louis Chapter since 05/08/2006.

Dwayne K. Cooney, AET, VSST, LCP

Dwayne is the Security Systems Administrator for Monsanto Global Security. He has 18 years’ experience as a technician and technical trainer previously working with AT&T, Federal Protection, Tech Electronics, and Monsanto. He joined Monsanto Global Security in 2013 to oversee projects, administration, service and training of Monsanto’s enterprise access control, CCTV, intrusions, and other physical security technology. Dwayne is a certified Lenel Professional and is NICET certified in Video Security & Fire Systems. Dwayne has been a member of the ASIS International-St. Louis Chapter since 07/24/2013.

Gregory N. Smith, CPP

Greg is the Security Operations Manager with Monsanto Global Security. Prior to his employment at Monsanto, Greg has worked for the St. Louis Metropolitan Police Department, St. Louis County Police Department and the U.S. Department of Defense. Greg has been a member of the ASIS International-St. Louis Chapter since 12/09/2013.

Randal W. Jett

Randal is the Senior Manager, Security Systems with Corporate Security & Safety with Express-Scripts. Randal has been with Express-Scripts since 2007. He was with MasterCard International from 2000 – 2007. He is also a U.S. Army Veteran. Randal has been a member of the ASIS International-St. Louis Chapter since 08/20/2002.
